A multi-generation foreign family sought Greek residency by investment through a single acquisition — seven applicants, foreign powers of attorney, and documents that had to be rendered into certified Greek before anything could be filed.
A non-EU family of seven — two principals, children, and a dependant carrying a different surname — instructed the firm to secure Greek residency through a single qualifying property. The complication was scale and coordination: seven aligned filings, tax-ID issuance, and biometric appointments to be booked at one regional authority.
Part of the family was represented through foreign notarial powers of attorney, apostilled abroad, and the kinship certificate was in another language. None of it could be filed until the instruments were translated into Greek and certified.
We ran the file end to end: eligibility and identity, the qualifying property pack, the certified translations, and the staged residency applications for the principal applicant and the six dependants.
All seven applications were filed and accepted, with the file advanced to the biometrics stage and submission receipts managed through the ministry-portal delays that routinely affect these matters.
The family remains a client of the firm for the renewal cycle and ongoing compliance.
