Greek property, bought without surprises.

A property transfer in Greece is not a single transaction. It is a sequence of registrations, clearances and translations that must close in the right order.

We act for foreign families, single-family offices and institutional buyers acquiring Greek property — from a Plaka townhouse to a Cycladic compound to a Syngrou office tower. Every acquisition is run by the same lawyer from engagement to registration — there is no handover mid-matter.

A Greek title is verified on three registers — the cadastral, the mortgage and the planning office — and confirmed by a forensic reading of the chain of deeds. Where the title is encumbered, archaeologically sensitive, or partially heir-held, we resolve those before signature, not after.

Closings are notarial in Greece, and bilingual: an English-language version of the deed is prepared in parallel and sworn to be identical. We attend personally for every signing in our city; in others, we coordinate with notaries we have worked with for a decade.
