Residency through property, structured properly.

The 2024 reform raised the entry threshold for Athens, Thessaloniki and the principal islands to €800,000. We structure single-asset and portfolio routes around the new geography, and remain on hand for the five-year renewal.

Approach

A transaction in Greece is a sequence, not an event.

Registrations, clearances and translations must close in the right order. We coordinate that sequence so you do not have to.

Consultation

A confidential first conversation. We discuss your objective and whether the firm is the right fit.

Engagement

An engagement letter is issued. AML and conflict checks are completed. The matter is opened.

Execution

Title searches, drafting, translations, registrations — coordinated in the correct sequence.

Closure

The transaction closes. We hand over a full bilingual file and remain on call for any sequel.
